SALTHOUSE Dead Sea therapy itchy acute balsam is a medical product for relieving and treating the symptoms of acutely irritated skin. It has been specially developed for the treatment of acute itchy skin irritations and the typical symptoms of chronically dry skin (e.g. atopic eczema) and helps to quickly soothe and slightly cool the skin. In addition to Dead Sea salt, Dead Sea magnesium chloride is also used in the physically effective formulation of this ointment. The special content of magnesium ions helps to bind moisture in the skin according to the osmotic principle and to counteract skin dryness, skin redness and the resulting itching. In addition to panthenol and moisturising components, horsetail and willowherb extracts are also used to support the physical effectiveness, soothing, cooling and accompanying care. The combination of the physically effective Dead Sea salt and Dead Sea magnesium chloride with the accompanying moisturising and care components in SALTHOUSE Dead Sea Therapy Itchy Acute Balm has a combined effect that helps to restore the skin barrier function, protects against moisture loss and counteracts the recurrence of dryness-related skin irritation.

Anwendung

In acute cases (also several times a day), apply a thin layer to the affected, uninjured areas of skin and spread evenly. Please avoid the eye area.
The balm is easily absorbed and leaves no residue on clothing.
The specific odour of the balm is a typical characteristic of the high-quality, natural care components. The balm can be used over a longer period of time.
